Special Events and Links with other SeaTechWeek events
The congress will take place on October 16th an 17th 2006, from 9 a .m. to 5 p.m., in le Quartz congress hall, downtown Brest, with the whole set of SeaTechWeek events, among which the exhibition of oceanographic material and services.
Among the noticeable events, two round tables are dealing with subjects that are in conjunction with the themes of the congress.

Round-table of PREVIMER users, Monday October 16th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: from July 2006, the PREVIMER project, clickable on the Website http://www.previmer.org provides the public, with results of demonstrating applications on selected areas, both geographical and thematic. The project partners, namely Ifremer, SHOM, Littoralis, IRD, Météo-France and IUEM invite the PREVIMER user groups to share their experience on the usage of the demonstrators that are operational during summer 2006.

- Round-table over marine pollution, on Wednesday October 18th (1/2 day).
