Programme

• coastal scale of the observation and monitoring networks for physical and biological parameters, in situ or remote sensing (satellites and radars): progress in instrumentation, sampling strategy, data quality control.

• specific modelling and validation tools: physical process homogenisation, multi-scale transfer (zooming, adapting discretisation), boundary conditions at the blue ocean, metrics for validation.

• forcing and coupling of diverse dynamics: sea-state and ocean motion, applications for coastal ecosystems, turbidity, water quality, …

• information display for operational systems: Web-services, system inter-operability, alert systems plug-ins.

Sessions will present invited conferences and oral presentations. English is the official language of the conference.
